At CoinWeton, we believe your data belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what we collect, how we use it, and more importantly what we don't do with it. We’ve skipped the legal jargon to give you a clear, honest overview.

1. The Data We Collect

We only collect the minimum amount of information necessary to provide a personalized experience.

Account Information

We use Google Sign-In for authentication. This means we never see or store your passwords. When you sign in, Google provides us with your email address, which we use to identify your account and save your personalized Watchlist.

Your Watchlist

We store the list of coins you’ve chosen to follow. This is simply a collection of coin identifiers linked to your email so you can access them across different devices.

AI Conversations

When you interact with Cown AI, your prompts are processed to generate a context-aware response. We do not store these conversations permanently on our servers after your session ends, and we do not use them to build a personal profile of you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data strictly to power the features you use. This includes:

• Securely authenticating your identity via Google.
• Remembering which coins are in your Watchlist.
• Providing accurate AI-driven insights through Cown AI.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Your privacy is not our product.

3. Trusted Partners

To deliver a world-class terminal experience, we integrate with several industry-leading services. Each of these partners handles data according to their own privacy standards.

4. Keeping Your Data Safe

Security is at the core of CoinWeton. By delegating authentication to Google and using Supabase’s Row-Level Security, we ensure that your data is only accessible by you. While no system is 100% impenetrable, we use industry-standard encryption and security practices to keep your information protected.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in while you navigate the site. We do not use any third-party tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies that follow you around the web.

6. Retention & Deletion

• Your data is kept only as long as you have an account with us.
• If you choose to delete your account, all associated data (email and watchlist) is permanently wiped from our systems.
• AI session data is cleared after your interaction is complete.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access your data or request its full deletion at any time. We’ve made these processes as simple as possible within your account settings.

8. Children’s Privacy

CoinWeton is designed for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover that a child has created an account, we will take immediate steps to remove it.
